Madden NFL 22 has had a bit of an up and down run since it launched in August. While there’s been very little doubt that the graphics and performance are better than the previous iteration, there have also been bugs and glitches that have plagued the title, though EA has seemingly been studious in trying to stamp out those problems with multiple updates. With those updates and improvements over the last few months, Madden NFL 22 is almost certainly going to be worth a look, especially on the deep discounts that are going to be offered up for Black Friday.

The Black Friday sales are all kicking off around the same day with those lucky enough to have a Meijer in their area getting a one-day jump the other sales, as it will go live on November 21 and running the whole week. Shoppers at that store will be able to get Madden NFL 22 for the Xbox One and PS4 for just $29.99 a piece.

While that’s certainly quite a deal, offering $30 off the regular price, Meijer is actually getting beat out during the Black Friday period by Walmart. Walmart is in fact going to be discounting both the previous and current generation versions of Madden NFL 22, with the Xbox One and PS4 copies selling for just $26 and the Xbox Series X/S and PS5 versions for $35. Target is also getting in on the action, offering the PS4 and Xbox One versions for $29.99, but it appears Walmart is the only store that’s featuring the current-gen console versions for sale.

Madden NFL 22 via Walmart - $26 (Black Friday Price goes live on November 22. ) Madden NFL 22 via Target - $29. 99 (Price goes live on November 22) Madden NFL 22 via Meijer - $29. 99 (Price goes live on November 21)

With this many deals either already active or going live in short order, one thing is clear. There’s really no excuse not to save some serious cash on the latest Madden NFL installment.

Madden NFL 22 is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
